During the first presidential debate, frontrunner candidate Donald Trump announced that it seemed his microphone was rigged to ‘cut in and out’.  Clinton scoffed at the suggestion that she may have cheated, but now sources at The Atlantic are confirming there were actually issues with Donald Trump’s microphone and eyewitnesses state they saw interns associated with the Clinton campaign tampering with the cords attached to Trump’s microphone before the debate.

[adinserter block=”3″]“It was on and off,” Trump said of his mic. “And it was much lower than hers. I don’t want to believe in conspiracy theories, of course, but it was much lower than hers. And it was crackling. And she didn’t have that problem.”

Now officials with Hofstra University — based in New York wear Clinton held office as a Senator — that Trump had a ‘bum mic’ and that before the debate during testing, the microphone worked just fine.  This proves that Clinton is willing to stoop to levels not seen since Watergate to try and defeat Donald Trump.
