Dr. Dre was brutally arrested in front of his home in Malibu, California when a motorist stopped in front of Dr. Dre’s home, blocking his driveway. When Dre asked the motorist to move, the motorist refused and immediately began swearing and cursing at the rapper. The motorist had no reason to be parking in front of the rapper’s home.

According to the L.A. Times, Dre told deputies that the man immediately returned and parked in the same location and that’s when the Beats founder pulled out his phone and began recording. Sources claim when Dre pulled out his phone, the motorist remarked, “Here we go again, another black guy with a gun.”

The racial tension between the motorist and the good doctor escalated into a verbal shouting match and police were quick to arrive on the scene. They took action and brutally arrested Dr. Dre.
