Donald Trump’s meteoric rise to presidential popularity has not been daunted by the entire Megyn Kelly debacle.  Even though some of the standard pillars of the GOP community are trying to shun Trump, his popularity is now growing in the crowds of people who are patently against certain aspects of Fox News.  Following the most recent presidential debate, Donald Trump now enjoys a commanding 45% popularity rating as the favorite to win the GOP nomination.  Trump’s popularity is crossing socioeconomic, political and even ethnic divides.
