A photo showing elderly nursing home residents sitting in waist-high water as Hurricane Harvey continues to flood Houston, Texas, is shocking social media.

The source of the photo remains unknown.   Several sources are questioning the veracity of the media.  President Trump is tweeting about the storm and also threatening Congress if they don’t make America pay for the border wall.
