Former president George W. Bush gave a college graduation speech. In his speech, he naturally gave words of encouragement to the students who will be either furthering their studies or entering the work force.
Bush also encouraged the students who may have graduated with “C’s” and maybe a even a ‘D” here and there:
George W. Bush said "As I like to tell the C students… you too can be President" at a commencement speech today, referring to his own bad grades (and bad presidency…)
